You said that your product doesn't replace meals, but I have to disagree. I have been through two major spinal surgeries and have plenty of hardware in my spine, which prevents me from working.
Plus, I was sent home with stage 4 cancer, and the treatments have made it painful to eat foods. This Shakeology bag that someone left me is one that I was able to take without the pain of swallowing. I'm kind of losing hope because I can't afford to pay the price, even though I feel that it is worth the price. Before I got sick, I was into helping others with transportation, food, and house repairs.
While I was in the hospital, shady business didn't repair my vehicle correctly, which caused me transportation issues for me and those I was able to help. I was skeptical of the Shakeology mix until I tried it, and it helped me not be hungry, and it didn't hurt me going down. These cancer treatments have scarred my digestive system. I'm just trying to get help so I can keep my promise to children and grandchildren to do all I can to stay in their lives as long as I can.

I want to know if my bag is expired
- - I was told to talk to a computer expert and ended up charged $5, then $40 per month.
- - I didn't want the service and found cancelling it too painful.
I was told after I gave all the information that I needed to talk to a computer expert and then it came up with I had to pay five dollars and then agreed to $40 per month and I did not want to do that so I just threw the bag out because I was very disappointed in Getting charged even if I could then cancel it thats too much of a pain

Hold off on Shakeology for two months

I still have not received a call back or talk to anybody at Shakeology. If you look and see, I have been a customer for probably more than 20 years. All I want to do was discontinue the order for two months and then restart it again can somebody please get back to me And let me know that they have gotten this information.
You should be able to get to talk to a representative a lot easier. All I wanted to do was hold off on Shakeology for a month maybe two and I cannot get a hold of anyone to let them know that. If somebody there could contact me please, it would be very helpful so at least I know that they got my message

Absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY
- - Alleges Oct $116 withdrawal; seeks refund.

Ihave made numerous phone calls. But to no avail.
You withdrew $116 out of my account in October.
A MONTH LATER November 21 I received another bag of your protein drink. After I had canceled my membership.
November 21 I had sent it back. I spoke with someone on the phone and they sent me an email /instruction on how to send it back. Today is December 12 and I still have not received a reimbursement even though I gave you guys my tracking number and it had arrived at your warehouse on November 23.
(22 days as of today !) Customer service relations has been totally rude. Not helping me at all. No accommodating me whatsoever! Customer is always wrong with BODI!
Now the number I call it says it has been disconnected. There is no way I can reach someone via telephone to get this situated.
What I am asking for is my $116 plus shipping, you are reimbursing me 103!!! Yet you withdrew 116!!! And my original membership fee because of the inconvenience of this.
I was told I would pay 79.00 for shakeology. I canceled a month later and numerous fees came out. Plus I ate all the shipping costs! Your company has ripped so many people off.
I have been reading reviews and talking to friends It seems to be a common complaint. Please reimburse me. And include ALL shipping costs.

Did not receive a scoop with my order.
- - The company sent 30 packets to avoid delay, so no scoop was included.
- - One packet equals one scoop, per their guidance.
The company did not have the large bags that contain the powder and scoop so they sent us 30 packets in a box so that our order was not delayed. That's why there was no scoop.
We appreciated that however we needed to know what measurement constituded a scoop in order to follow the recipe. Upon contacting them, they advised that one packet equaled one scoop.
