This is a scam. The tracking number is not valid.

Never received anything... can’t believe I fell for it.

I also have the same issue. I ordered shaekology protein through https://shakeologyusa.com (This is the first site that comes up when you search for shakeology in google).

I lost the money, there is no way to contact their customer care, the customer care number they have provided is beachbody customer care number(official seller of shakeology).

Beachbody customer care does not have any idea about this site though. https://shakeologyusa.com is a scam website.

Ordered shakeology never got order

Spoke with a customer service representative who helped answer my question.

The call dropped and I would like to know how I can return my unopened order and stop reoccurring order.

Just got my monthly order of chocolate Shakeology. The package clearly states "30 day Supply". I've been using this for quite sometime now and until about a year ago I started running out after about 28 days or so. So today I just got a new order and thought I would count the scoops!

As I thought I got 28 scoops and a tiny bit more. Each scoop was leveled off and not completely packed in as there were some air pockets. This could account for the the tiny bit more. Either way it is NOT a 30 day supply.

Second bag arrived today. My wife and I each get a bag. We both started with chocolate at the original price ($91.96) years ago. A few years back we wanted to try a different flavor - vanilla. At the time the customer service rep over the phone didn't tell me that if we switched we wouldn't get the same price. We found out when the new bag arrived and to our surprise the bill was now $99.46 ($7.50/bag more which equals $90.00/year!). I called back and was told it was too late that the initial offer doesn't exist.

Being the faithful drinkers of Shakelogy we didn't complain.

So today I performed experiment number 2 on the second bag. However upon opening the box it was not vanilla it was chocolate vegan? Not sure why? Somebody goofed. We decided not to call for fear we might need to ship it back and we would be short for another week. It takes 5 - 7 days from the time the auto deduct shows on our credit card.

Experiment number 2 was exactly the same as the first. 28 scoops!

I called to express my concern and the customer rep told me that each bag is carefully measured to exact standards - sounded as if he was reading a script. I was then told maybe I should buy another bag to compensate for me running out.

28 scoops in a bag computes to being short 29 days (30 days in a leap year) which surprising is really close to a bag.

How about instead of sending us a special Shakelogy cup shaker each year (we have 6 of them) send us a free bag.

It might be time for us to discontinue Shakelogy and save some money (~$2,300 /year....$2,500 if we get 13 bags a year).

I can't be the only one that has noticed this? It is time we all call them out on false advertising and misleading information. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau.

There is Nowhere on your website to shutoff Auto delivery! I Want to order my shakes.

I Do Not want Auto delivery! Can’t even call to cancel!

It’s impossible to reach Shakeology to switch flavor to chocolate. Frustrating website

I want to change my payment or CC on file

I have enough for about 4 months and I want to cancel for now.

Shakeology is not for me.

Can’t get ahold of anyone
